Tatiana Rojas, B.A.

Tatiana is a bilingual graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. With a strong foundation in a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, Tatiana creates a compassionate and collaborative space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered on their healing journey.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Tatiana integrates deep empathy, active listening, and cultural humility to support each client’s unique experience and identity. Her approach emphasizes the importance of human connection, recognizing that true healing happens not only in the mind and body, but also through meaningful relationships and the personal stories we carry.

Tatiana takes an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy, tailoring each session to the individual needs of her clients. She draws from a wide range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, polyvagal theory, and more. While she values a diverse set of therapeutic tools, Tatiana believes the heart of healing lies in the therapeutic relationship itself—built on trust, safety, and mutual understanding.

Tatiana is passionate about guiding clients toward deeper self-awareness, emotional resilience, and lasting personal growth.
