Hayley Lambertus MAS-MFT, LAMFT
Hayley is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She completed her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Arizona State University, and is trained in various therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Hayley provides individual and family services to children, adolescents and adults. She has experience working with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, LGBTQ+, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem, life transitions and self-harm.
Hayley is an inquisitive therapist that believes when it comes to therapy one size does not fit all. She follows a person-centered approach and focuses on creating a non-judgmental environment for her clients to feel safe and understood. She integrates evidence-based practices to help her clients meet their individualized treatment goals. Hayley aims to promote development and assist her clients in regaining a positive quality of life.
