Position:

Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Locations: Gilbert & Phoenix (Biltmore)
Status: Full-Time or Part-Time
Schedule: Flexible, autonomy-based scheduling

As a Licensed Therapist at Evolve, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by working with a diverse client population and addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. Whether your passion lies in trauma, relationships, children/teens, or general mental health—your unique clinical voice is welcome here.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct intake assessments and develop comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans
• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy using evidence-based and integrative approaches
• Collaborate with clients to define goals, monitor progress, and adapt strategies
• Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical documentation
• Participate in clinical consultation, team trainings, and ongoing professional development
• (Optional) Contribute to creative initiatives such as groups, workshops, or content creation

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Active license in the state of Arizona (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) or associate-level licensure (LAC, LMSW, LAMFT)
• Experience working with diverse populations and a wide range of presenting concerns
• A client-first mindset, strong clinical instincts, and a genuine desire to support others
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Passion for growth, both professionally and personally
