Hannah recognizes the bravery her clients have as they enter her office and provides a non-judgmental space to talk about their struggles. She uses multiple evidence-based approaches to empower her clients in their therapeutic process as they overcome challenges and develop the skills they need to thrive.
Hannah is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, family systems, relationship and identity struggles, substance use, grief, emotional regulation, self-esteem, life transitions, and more. Hannah is trained in a variety of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
