Hannah Schlueter, BS
Hannah is a Behavioral Health Coach, she completed her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northern Arizona University. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, family systems, relationship and identity struggles, substance use, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and more. Hannah is trained in a variety of treatment modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing.
Hannah utilizes a person-centered approach that incorporates aspects of strengths-based and solution-focused techniques to empower her clients in their therapeutic process. She emphasizes an individualized approach to counseling in order to to work with clients in the context of their own personal worldview and recognizes the importance of using multiple therapeutic approaches to fit each person's individual needs. She emphasizes the importance of a strong, trusting, nonjudgmental relationship with her clients and utilizes evidence-based approaches to both support and challenge her client’s efforts to accomplish their goals and improve their overall well-being.
