Kenzie Clark, B.S.

Kenzie is a Master’s student in Counseling at Arizona State University, on track to graduate in Spring 2025. She also earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at ASU, with a certificate in Family Communications, giving her a solid foundation in understanding interpersonal dynamics and mental health.

With diverse experience in long-term care facilities, community healthcare, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) organizations, Kenzie has worked with families and children navigating trauma and neurodevelopmental challenges, as well as clients of all ages facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and personality disorders. Her approach is deeply compassionate and tailored to each individual, emphasizing their unique strengths and goals.

Kenzie is passionate about helping clients discover their capacity for growth and resilience. She integrates evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Existential Therapy to empower clients to overcome challenges, find meaning, and live authentically. She is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, values, and aspirations.

Kenzie’s mission is to help her clients build lives aligned with their true selves—filled with purpose, connection, and hope. By guiding clients in uncovering their inner strengths, confronting challenges, and embracing meaningful choices, she walks alongside them on their journey of self-discovery and healing. She strongly believes in the power of resilience and strives to nurture each client’s potential for growth, authenticity, and lasting well-being.

 

Kenzie provides services out of the Gilbert office, which is close to Queen Creek, Mesa, Tempe, and Chandler.
