Madison Barry, MS, LAC

Madison is a dedicated Licensed Associate Counselor who offers a warm, playful, and safe environment for clients to communicate their feelings and experiences.

Madison has a passion for working with children, teens, and young adults who may struggle with identifying and managing difficult emotions during hard times or transitions in life, whether anger, depression, anxiety, or uncertainty about the future. 

Madison specializes in helping clients who have lived through or witnessed traumatic events and make sense of their experiences. With a deep understanding of these difficult life experiences, she brings a patient and empathetic approach to her work in the therapy space. Madison has been trained in Theraplay, play therapy, CBT, DBT, and other trauma-informed attachment-based approaches. 

Madison earned her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialized focus on trauma from Grand Canyon University, after previously completing her Bachelor's in Psychology. She has extensive training in assessing and treating trauma-related disorders.

In her free time, Madison enjoys being in nature, hiking/running, swimming, dancing, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
