Meet Kiara, a compassionate therapist who graduated from Grand Canyon University with her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Kiara's goal is to provide a safe space where her clients can freely express themselves, gain deeper self-understanding, and strengthen their resiliency to overcome life's challenges. Her specialties include trauma, attachment, anxiety, childhood issues, and boundaries. She is passionate about helping kids, teens, their families, and adults develop meaningful skills that empower them to overcome hardships, embrace their inner strength, and lead fulfilling lives.
Kiara is trained in a range of effective therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment Therapy, Play-Based Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Parent-Child Relationship Therapy. With a client-centered and trauma-informed approach, she seeks to understand the unique complexities of her clients’ lives, recognizing how their experiences have shaped the individual they are today. At the core of Kiara's therapeutic approach is the belief in the power of empathy, resilience, and the transformative nature of a safe space. She is truly honored to have the opportunity to witness her clients' growth and help guide them towards lasting positive change.
