Rachel Campbell, MSW, LMSW

Rachel is a Licensed Master Social Worker who is a proud graduate with both her bachelor and  master degrees, from Arizona State University. Rachel has been providing client centered therapeutic services for several years throughout the metro valley and has specialized in working with children, youth, and families as well as with adults that experience depression, anxiety, trauma, family of origin issues, relationship issues and life stressors, as well as with an emphasis specifically on men's mental health. She has specialized training in the treatment of anxiety related disorders, esp Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention therapy (ERP), as well as training in Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT).  Rachel has worked as a trauma informed therapist for over a decade having also significant training in TF-CBT, and the treatment of PTSD, complex PTSD, and family court/child welfare issues.  Rachel has ample Birth to Five population experience,  works in treating pre and post-partum mental health issues and has specialization in attachment and the parent-child relationship. Rachel has experience working with the LGBTQ+ populations (esp youth) and is an ally.

Rachel engages clients to find the strengths and power within themselves to feel better and heal. Rachel fully believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship and provides a warm and empathic place to walk alongside her clients in their healing journeys. Rachel feels very strongly in the work that she does and believes in the power of positive change!
