Brooke Hoeferle, MA, LAC
Brooke is a Licensed Associate Counselor in the state of Arizona. They received a BA in Psychology from the University of Missouri and an MA in Counseling from Arizona State University. Brooke is trained in various therapeutic modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and Expressive Arts Therapy.
Brooke specializes in working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, behavioral difficulties, self-harming behaviors, family conflict, and gender dysphoria. Brooke primarily works with kids, teens, and young adults. They provide both individual and family counseling services.
Brooke provides a warm, authentic, and nonjudgmental environment for her clients. They enjoy using humor to bring safety and relatability to the therapeutic process. Brooke is an active advocate for the LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse communities. She is especially passionate about uplifting the voices of trans and non-binary individuals.
