Brooke Hoeferle, MA, LAC
 

Brooke, a Licensed Associate Counselor in Arizona, earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Missouri and her MA in Counseling from Arizona State University. With a focus on children, teens, and young adults, she supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, and behavioral challenges, as well as those with learning and developmental differences, including gifted and twice exceptional individuals. Brooke specializes in rebuilding parent-child relationships, addressing attachment wounds, and enhancing communication among family members. 

 

Drawing from therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Brooke offers both individual and family counseling. She embraces diverse thinkers and learners, adopting a strengths-based and person-centered approach. By creating a supportive environment, Brooke empowers clients to explore their unique strengths and navigate challenges collaboratively. Together, they work harmoniously with each client's mind, fostering self-discovery and growth.
