Brooke is an insightful and supportive Licensed Associate Counselor who specializes in supporting children, teens, and young adults. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, and behavioral challenges, as well as those with learning and developmental differences—including gifted and twice-exceptional (2e) individuals.
Brooke also specializes in rebuilding parent-child relationships, addressing attachment wounds, and enhancing communication among family members.
Brook offers individual and family counseling, and utilizes therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS).
