Morgan Winder, MSW, LCSW

Morgan is a Licensed Clinical S0cial Worker, she completed her degree with a concentration of direct practice with children, youth and families. Morgan specializes in working with children (5+), teens, and families. Morgan specializes in family counseling and parent-child relationship therapy to assist parents with learning how to strengthen the parent-child relationship, as well as provides developmental guidance in order to assist parents in best supporting the emotional needs of their child/teen. In addition, Morgan works with adults to assist with addressing childhood trauma, life transitions, strengthening relationships, anxiety and depression.

 

 

Morgan's prior experience consisted of working with children, teens and families in an acute psychiatric setting facilitating group therapy that focused on anxiety/depression, self-harm, self-esteem and emotional regulation. Morgan is trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, Parent-Child Relationship Therapy, and Play-Based Therapy and strongly believes in the use of multiple therapeutic modalities to best fit the needs and treatment goals of each individual. Morgan is passionate about being able to provide individuals with the tools they need to overcome challenges and be able to use these resources to empower each individual to reach their potential. Morgan wants to ensure that every individual feels safe and supported throughout his or her therapeutic process.
