Dr. Elizabeth Fedrick, PhD, LPC
Liz Fedrick a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona and is trained in various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Child-Parent Psychotherapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She has a Doctoral degree in Psychology, as well as a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Liz specializes in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, attachment, grief and loss, life transitions, and personal improvement (including motivation & self-esteem). Liz provides an integrated approach to treatment and believes that counseling should be individualized to the specific needs of each client. She believes in providing her clients with the essential tools and resources needed in order to obtain the healing and change they are seeking, as well as to maintain this transformation long-term. Liz finds it extremely important to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment for all of her clients. She recognizes how difficult it can be to seek help and to take the first step towards change, and therefore she is honored to have the opportunity to support and empower each and every client through this process.
