Cynthia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and completed her Master of Social Work Degree at Boston University. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play therapy, Sand tray, Polyvagal theory & Mindfulness-based Interventions. Cynthia integrates these various treatment modalities to provide a unique experience which is tailored to each person’s needs. She believes we are all resilient and have the capacity to live in wellness, and would be honored to support you through that process.
