Hayley Lambertus is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the Practice Owner of Evolve Counseling. She earned her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University and has advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment-based approaches.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, healing from trauma or difficult life experiences, navigating relationship challenges, struggling with self-confidence, or adjusting to a major life transition, Hayley partners with adolescents and adults to better understand the patterns contributing to their distress and create lasting change. She has a particular passion for helping clients strengthen their relationships, develop greater confidence in themselves, and build lives that feel more authentic and fulfilling.
Hayley believes meaningful therapy begins with a genuine connection. She creates a space where clients feel safe to be themselves while also feeling supported, challenged, and empowered to grow. Her style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth, balancing compassion with evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
Rather than focusing only on symptom relief, Hayley helps clients better understand the "why" behind their thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns while developing practical tools for lasting growth. Her goal is to help clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and move forward with greater confidence, authenticity, and fulfillment.
