Beginning therapy is an intentional step. Our goal is to make that step feel clear, supportive, and unrushed.
Therapy costs may vary based on clinician experience, training, and whether insurance is used. Rather than listing provider-by-provider rates, we focus on helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions with support from our team.
We’re always happy to answer questions and walk through what may apply to your situation.
Some of our therapists accept insurance plans, including:
Insurance acceptance varies by clinician. If you’re unsure whether your insurance can be used, our administrative team can help clarify coverage and next steps.
When insurance cannot be used in-office, we may provide a Superbill to support potential reimbursement through your insurance provider.
For clients choosing self-pay, rates generally range based on the therapist’s level of training and experience.
We accept:
Our team will review payment details with you before care begins so there are no surprises.
Evolve offers reduced-rate appointments with master’s-level clinical interns. Interns are in the final stages of their graduate training and receive ongoing supervision and support from our licensed clinical supervisors.
This option allows us to expand access to care while maintaining a high standard of support.
Cash, Debit Cards, all Major Credit Cards, Flexible Spending Accounts, and Health Spending accounts are accepted methods of payment.
Please contact the office directly for all cancellations and reschedules. Cancellations made less than 24 business hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee.
Our rates range from $50-$225 per 50 minute therapy session depending on the therapist and the level of training and experience of the therapist. We do accept HSA or FSA (health or flex savings account) payment.
Our goal is to connect you with the right therapist for you and recommend that you review the profile bio’s of each therapist and speak to the therapists or our administrative team to make sure you can make the best decision for your therapeutic needs.
Effective January 1, 2022 under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, a ruling went into effect called the "No Surprises Act" which requires practitioners to provide a "Good Faith Estimate" about out-of-network care. At Evolve Counseling & Behavioral Health Services, we work from a place of transparency regarding the cost of therapy sessions and the therapist and client collaborate together on length of treatment and overall care.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your care will cost.
Under the law, if a patient requests a good faith estimate, health care providers need to give patients an estimate of the bill for services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
You can ask your provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises, or call the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions at 602-364-3100.
If you’re unsure what applies to you, we’re here to help.
