What if I’m not sure therapy is right for me?

It’s normal to feel uncertain. Reaching out doesn’t mean you’re committing to anything. Many people start by asking questions or having an initial conversation to see if therapy feels like a good fit. We’re here to support you in taking that step at your own pace.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 business hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee. Our team is happy to review the full policy with you if you have questions.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. Telehealth appointments are available to clients located anywhere in Arizona and are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Telehealth can be a flexible option for many individuals, couples, and families.

How long are appointments?

Standard therapy appointments are typically around 50 minutes. Your therapist can discuss appointment length and frequency with you based on your needs and goals.

Do you offer reduced-rate options?

Yes. We offer reduced-rate appointments with master’s-level clinical interns. Interns are in the final stages of their graduate training and receive regular supervision and support from licensed clinicians. This option allows us to expand access to care while maintaining quality support.

What if I’m planning to self-pay?

Self-pay options are available, and rates vary based on the therapist’s level of training and experience. We aim to be transparent and will review payment details with you before care begins so you can make an informed decision.

Do you accept insurance?

Some of our therapists accept insurance plans, including Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Insurance acceptance varies by clinician. Our administrative team is happy to help you understand whether your insurance may be used and what options are available.

Do I need a diagnosis to start therapy?

No. Many people come to therapy because they’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating challenges — not because they have a specific diagnosis. Therapy can help bring clarity and support regardless of how you define your experience.

How do I know which therapist is right for me?

You’re not expected to figure that out on your own. While you’re welcome to explore therapist profiles, our team can also help match you with a clinician based on your needs, preferences, and availability. Finding the right fit is an important part of care, and we take that process seriously.

How do I get started with therapy at Evolve?

Getting started is simple. You can complete our secure Get Started form or contact our office directly. From there, our team will help learn a bit about what you’re looking for and guide you toward a therapist who feels like a good fit.
