Victoria Secrist, MA, LAMFT
Victoria Secrist is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She received her Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. Victoria specializes in working with suicidal thoughts and feelings, childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, self-worth, relationship issues, and life transitions. She provides individual and couples therapy to teens and adults.
Victoria’s therapy approach focuses on the importance of the therapeutic relationship, which together allows you to journey through life’s challenges, struggles, joys, and changes. She brings a person centered and collaborative approach to join you in the present and support you towards the life you want.
Victoria has completed specialty training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) and is a Prepare Enrich Facilitator. She is knowledgeable using a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and The Gottman Method.
Before beginning her career as a therapist, Victoria served in the United States Air Force and has traveled world-wide. As a military veteran, suicide prevention is her passion along with empowering you to find hope when life feels hopeless.
