Stefan’s vision of the counseling process is through the lens of his life journey in recognizing life can be unpredictable and present challenges. However, those challenges are opportunities to learn and grow, leading you to capture your potential and fulfill your purpose. Stefan’s mission is to meet you where you’re at in your life journey and empower you to become the best version of yourself.
Through a collaborative counseling experience, Stefan utilizes a comprehensive strength-based approach influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to ensure he meets the particular needs of each client. Stefan has experience with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, relational issues, grief, and more. Stefan is a certified Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS) facilitator and helps couples with pre-marriage and marriage enrichment counseling.
Stefan is currently in his final year of graduate study at Liberty University. He expects to graduate in the summer of 2023 with his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Stefan received his Bachelor’s degree in psychology at Arizona State University.
