Kenneth Jugan, B.S.

Kenneth Jugan is a graduate student pursuing his Master of Social Work at Arizona State University and has completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Northern Arizona University.

Kenneth has worked with a variety of clients including youth in mental health programs and in that process has helped them realize their true potential, goals, and how to face life's challenges. He believes that every individual has inherent strengths, tools, and resources to draw upon and can overcome life’s obstacles to pursue a better future.

He is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical and Behavior Therapy (DBT), strength-based approaches, solution-focused brief therapy, and motivational interviewing. Previous experience includes working with youth groups (Kindergarten- 6th grade) on various topics such as anger, self-esteem, and social skills.

Kenneth believes that taking the first step to create positive change can be overwhelming. It can take considerable motivation, courage, and support; however, you don't have to do it alone.
