Joanna Rogers is a compassionate therapist who specializes in working with teens and millennials struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, trauma and challenges with life transitions. She believes that everyone has the ability to reach their full potential when given a non-judgmental and person-centered space in which they feel heard, understood and believed. Joanna is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and has many years of experience as a social worker providing group and individual counseling to a variety of ages. She has specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing. Joanna tailors each session to the individual based on their own goals, desires and needs. She feels honored to be able to work with you and provide you with a safe space for your healing and mental health journey.
