She has specialized training in Child-Parent Psychotherapy used for working with children ages birth to 5. She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing.
