Dr. Elizabeth Fedrick, PhD, LPC
Dr. Elizabeth Fedrick is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona. She holds a doctoral degree in psychology, as well as a master's degree in professional counseling, both from Grand Canyon University. Dr. Liz is trained in various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and Motivational Interviewing.
Dr. Liz is a relationship expert, and specializes in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment, intimacy, life transitions, and personal improvement (including motivation & self-esteem). She provides an integrated approach to treatment and believes that counseling should be individualized to the specific needs of each client.
