BreAnn Denson, MS, LAC
BreAnn (Bre) is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) with eight years of experience in the mental health field. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northwestern State University in Louisiana and her Master’s in Mental Health Clinical Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Her diverse career spans across Louisiana, Virginia, and Arizona, where she has worked with a broad range of populations, from children to adults.
Her expertise includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Narrative Therapy. She has specialized experience in crisis settings, particularly with trauma and suicidal ideation, and has worked in both private practice and inpatient crisis care.
Bre focuses on supporting teens, young adults, and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and behavioral barriers. She has a passion for advocating for individuals who have been adopted, in foster care, or disconnected from their families. She has also worked closely with the Department of Child Safety (DCS), helping individuals build essential daily living skills and navigate complex personal challenges.
She is a strong advocate for creating safe, healthy relationships through the establishment of boundaries, believing that these are foundational to creating a supportive and healthy life.
Seeking support outside of the “ideal” support system can feel uncomfortable, and Bre wants to acknowledge and thank you for taking this courageous step.

BreAnn provides services out of the Chandler office, which is close to both Phoenix (Ahwatukee) and Tempe.
