Ashlee Lewis, MSW, LMSW

Ashlee wholeheartedly believes every person is capable of achieving the change they are seeking when given the necessary tools and support to address barriers that are keeping them from living their best lives. She is looking forward to helping you acquire those tools. She has a wide range of professional experiences that she draws upon from the multitude of populations she has worked with in the last 8 years. Ashlee has experience in helping stabilize adolescents and adults in an inpatient acute psychiatric setting. She has also worked with adolescents and adults struggling with substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, and eating disorders. Additionally she has experience supporting parent-child relationships & a specialization in direct practice with children, youth, and families.

 

Ashlee has a passion for serving the Deaf/HOH community. She is fluent in American Sign Language and has had various personal and professional involvement with the Deaf community for more than 13 years. She understands the importance of having accessible therapy offered to Deaf/HOH individuals and families in whichever way they are most comfortable communicating.

 

Ashlee additionally has home visiting experience supporting parent-child relationships and in assessing children 0-5 years old for developmental delays and behavioral concerns. She has training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and draws upon multiple modalities to walk alongside clients wherever they may be in their healing journey.
